Two sterling crests are layered and topped with a silver skull-and-crossbones. The medallion is connected to a silver bail and then to an over-sized jump ring. The ribbon is hand-folded and hand-stitched along the jump ring and again at the top where a silver bar pin will hold it to your blazer, t-shirt, blouse or bag!
